Leaving a Review
After an order is successfully completed, both the buyer and the seller get the opportunity to leave feedback.
For Buyers
You can rate the seller out of 5 stars and leave a text review.
- Did the item match the description?
- Was the packaging secure?
- Did they ship fast?
Why leave a review? You help the community know who the best sellers are.
For Sellers
You can also rate the buyer!
- Was the order straightforward?
- Was the order completed without avoidable issues?
Building Your Reputation
As a seller, your average star rating is displayed prominently on your profile. A 5-star rating acts as social proof.
Tips for 5-Star Reviews:
- Accurate Descriptions: Never lie about the condition of an item.
- Surprise & Delight: A small thank-you note or a piece of candy in the package goes a long way.
Dealing with Unfair Reviews
If you receive a review that violates Droppie's community guidelines (e.g., it contains hate speech, doxxing, or is a clear case of "review bombing" by a competitor), you can report the review to our Support team. We will investigate and remove it if it breaks the rules.
However, we do not remove legitimate negative reviews just because you don't like them. The best way to fix a bad rating is to provide excellent service to the next 10 customers!
